Christmas Light Installation in Cape Coral
The largest city we serve, and the one where the water changes how you light a house.
Cape Coral has more navigable canal frontage than any other city in the world, over 400 miles of it. That single fact changes the design brief. A canal-front home has two front doors as far as lighting is concerned: the one facing the street, and the one facing the water, where boats pass all evening through December.
We design waterfront properties for both. Roofline and entry for the road; pool cage, dock, seawall palms and rear elevation for the water. Plenty of homes here look wonderful from the driveway and completely dark from the canal, which is a shame given how much of the season is spent out on the water.
Away from the canals, Cape Coral is mostly wide single-story lots with young palms and open frontage: straightforward, high-impact work with plenty of room for landscape and path lighting to do their part.
