Fort Myers earned the nickname honestly. Royal palms line McGregor Boulevard for miles, and palms are woven through the character of the whole city in a way they are not everywhere else in the region. For a company whose best work is often in the trees rather than on the roof, that is a gift.
The housing stock is the most varied in our territory. There are oak-canopied older streets off McGregor where a light touch and warm white suit the architecture; there are riverfront properties with serious elevations; and there are newer master-planned communities east towards Gateway where the homes are consistent enough that a well-designed scheme reads beautifully across a whole street.
Fort Myers is also our busiest commercial market: the River District, hospitality along the river, and a large number of HOAs whose entry features set the tone for their entire community.
