Commercial

Commercial Christmas Lighting in Charlotte and Lee County

HOAs, resorts, marinas, retail and municipal, on a schedule, under contract, fully insured.

Commercial work runs differently to residential, and it should. There is a committee or a manager to answer to, a budget cycle, a hard date the lights have to be on by, and a property that cannot be disrupted while we work.

We quote it that way: defined scope, defined dates, defined service terms, and certificates of insurance before anyone sets foot on site.

Included

How commercial engagements work

  • Site walk and written scope

We walk the property with whoever owns the decision, and put the scope in writing so there is no ambiguity later.

  • Scheduled installation

Agreed dates, worked around your trading hours and your residents. Out-of-hours installation where the site needs it.

  • Season-long service agreement

A defined response for outages and damage, so a dark section on a Friday night is our problem to solve.

  • Insurance and compliance

Certificates of insurance provided up front. Trained crews, proper equipment, documented safe working practice.

  • Multi-year arrangements

Most commercial clients re-book. A multi-year agreement locks your dates and makes budgeting straightforward.

Detail

Properties we work on

HOAs and gated communities

Entrances, guardhouses, boulevards and common areas. Usually the entry feature is what the whole community judges the season by.

Resorts and marinas

High-traffic, high-expectation, and often visible from the water as well as the road, which changes how you light it.

Retail and hospitality

Frontage, walkways and parking areas. Practical: it needs to look generous without getting in the way of trade.

Municipal and civic

Public spaces, medians and civic buildings, delivered to procurement requirements and public-safety standards.

Commercial Lighting questions

Can you work to our budget?

Yes, and it is worth telling us the number early. Holiday lighting scales cleanly. We would rather design something excellent within your figure than quote something you have to cut back.

Do you provide certificates of insurance?

Yes, before work begins, addressed as your property manager or HOA requires.

Can you install outside business hours?

Yes. For most retail and hospitality sites that is the normal arrangement.

How far ahead should a commercial property book?

Further ahead than residential. Commercial scopes take longer to agree and often need board or committee approval, so a summer conversation is not too early.
