Greater Port Charlotte is a vast platted grid, and most of it is single-story homes on generous lots with long, low, uninterrupted rooflines. That geometry is close to ideal for outline lighting. You get a clean, unbroken run with nothing chopping it up, and the effect from the street is immediate.
It also means linear footage adds up faster than people expect. A ranch home with a wide frontage can carry more roofline than a two-story house with a complicated elevation, so we measure rather than estimate.
The other Port Charlotte characteristic is the front-yard palm. Most lots have one or two mature specimens sitting right where they catch the eye, and wrapping those is usually the single best-value addition to a package here.
