Holiday lighting is the whole reason most people call us. Rooflines, palms, entryways, railings, walkways, hedges, all designed to your house rather than pulled off a shelf.
It is a full-service arrangement, not a product sale. We design it, install it, look after it all season, take it down in January, and store it until next year. You never handle a strand of it.

An on-site design
We walk the property with you, look at the rooflines, the palms and the sight lines from the street, and design around them. Free, with no obligation.
Commercial-grade product
Cut and fitted to your home, not retail strands stretched to reach. The product stays ours, which is why we are the ones who maintain it.
Professional installation
Trained, insured crews with proper ladders and fall protection. Nobody in your family goes near a roofline.
In-season maintenance
If something fails in December, we come back out and fix it. Included, not billed as a call-out.
Takedown in January
We remove everything on a scheduled date, carefully, without leaving clips and hooks behind.
Off-season storage
Your lighting goes back to our warehouse, not into your garage rafters. It comes back out next season checked and ready.

What we light
Rooflines and peaks
The outline that reads from the street. Warm white is the default and by far the most requested; color is available where it suits the house.
Palms
Trunk wraps, frond lighting, or both. On a Florida property the palms often do more work than the roofline. They are what makes the house look like it belongs here in December.
Entryways and columns
Garland, wraps and accent lighting where guests actually arrive.
Landscape and walkways
Hedges, beds, path lighting and driveway edges: the layer that makes the whole property read as finished rather than just outlined.
Holiday Lighting questions
When should I book?
Earlier than most people expect. The best install dates go first, and by late fall the calendar is usually full. Booking in late summer or early fall gives you the widest choice of dates.
Do I own the lights?
No, and that is deliberate. The product stays ours, which is what lets us maintain it for free during the season and store it for you afterwards. You are buying the result, not a box of lights.
Can I use lights I already own?
Generally no. We install our own commercial-grade product because we warrant the result, and we cannot stand behind material we did not supply or inspect.
What happens if a section goes out?
Call us and we come back out. In-season maintenance is part of the package, not an extra.
When do the lights come down?
January, on a scheduled date. We handle removal and take everything back to storage.
