Permanent LED

Permanent LED Lighting in Charlotte and Lee County

Installed once. Warm white all year, festive whenever you want it.

Permanent LED lighting is a discreet channel of individually addressable LEDs fitted into the roofline and eaves. Switched off, it is close to invisible from the street. Switched on, it can be quiet warm white, or every color you want in December.

It is the option for people who like what seasonal lighting does for the house but would rather not repeat the exercise every year.

Included

Why people choose permanent over seasonal

  • No annual install

Fitted once. No booking window, no crew on the roof each fall, no takedown date to schedule.

  • Controlled from your phone

Colors, brightness, zones and schedules from an app. Set it once and let it run, or change it for a holiday in about ten seconds.

  • Not just for Christmas

Warm white for everyday curb appeal. Team colors, orange for fall, red white and blue for the Fourth. It earns its keep all year.

  • Built to sit outside

Outdoor-rated track and diffusers, fitted into the architecture rather than clipped on. Designed for Florida sun, heat and weather.

Detail

How it compares to seasonal lighting

Cost shape

Permanent lighting is a larger one-off investment where seasonal lighting is an annual cost. Which works out better depends entirely on how many years you plan to stay. We will walk through the arithmetic honestly rather than push you either way.

Look

Seasonal lighting still gives the classic hand-fitted Christmas look, particularly on palms and landscape, which a roofline channel cannot replicate. Many homes end up with both: permanent on the roofline, seasonal on the palms.

Effort

This is where permanent wins outright. Nothing to schedule, nothing to store, nothing to decide each year.

Permanent LED Lighting questions

Can you see it during the day?

Barely. The track is fitted into the roofline and color-matched, so from the street it reads as trim rather than lighting.

Does it replace holiday lighting entirely?

For rooflines, usually yes. For palms, garland, wreaths and landscape it does not. Those are still hand-installed each season. Plenty of our customers run both.

What happens if a section fails?

It is covered by warranty. We will confirm the exact terms in writing with your quote. Do not take a period from this page as final until we have.

Will it damage the roofline?

No. It is fitted with the same care as gutter or trim work, by crews who do this for a living.
